Part 2 CertificationEllen Miller leads the on-line Barrett Values Centre Cultural Transformation Tools® Training Part 2 Certification. The Building A Vision-Guided Values-Driven Organization training is a workshop for consultants, change agents and human resource professionals on how to implement cultural transformation using the Cultural Transformation Tools®. This online course offers the benefit of reduced environmental costs of travel and the ability to be trained from your home or office.
This course is conducted over five sessions lasting four hours each. This design supports your learning and the integration of the models and tools. Ellen is available for live trainings upon request.

- How to deepen your interpretation of the results of Cultural Values Assessments
- How to use the Cultural Values Assessments to develop Vision/Mission Statements using the “Four Why’s” process
- How to choose Organizational Values and prepare Behavior Statements
- How to develop Core Motivation Statements
- How to align Personal and Organizational Values
- How to provide feedback using the Leadership Values Assessment Instrument
