Meet Kathryn Weldon

Kathryn WeldonIn addition to being a speaker, Kathryn is also a facilitator of CEO roundtables. She has been an instrumental force in organizational turnarounds yielding significant increases in employee engagement and revenue for rural hospitals and within divisions of Fortune 100 organizations. Prior to devoting her focus full time to culture alignment and leadership coaching in 2000, Kathryn held senior leadership positions in high tech organizations and start-ups.

As a lifelong learner, Kathryn is passionate about current trends in leadership development and culture change, leadership competency modeling and assessment design, as well as learning and development.

She has completed extensive HRCI/PHR coursework in organizational behavior, facilitation, course design, succession planning, career path development and on-boarding along with CAPM® project management coursework and the study of Gilb process improvement methodology.
