Ellen has been leading Barrett Values Certifications since 2004. She has trained over 500 Consultants around the world to bring the Barrett Methodolgy into their workplaces.
This blended learning approach consists of live lectures, hands-on exercises, discussion, and group activities. It is focused on providing external or internal consultants, change agents and human resource managers the tools to learn how to use culture assessments for any group of any size whether an organization, team, community or school.
By the time you complete this course, you will have a deep understanding of the Barrett Model and how to work with it. You will be skilled in reading and interpreting the data from the survey assessments and learn to take actions to create a rock star culture. This includes the process of setting up and conducting a survey with your clients. After completing this certification, you are eligible for one free Small Group Assessment, at a value of $1,800, to use with the group of your choice and in the language of your choice.
